Need to pre-plan a birthday story or wish someone a happy birthday....

Thanks to Channeld, Enthusiastic Fish, Smackalicious and a home run from Zac the wonder programmer (Caos Accidentale), we now have a birthday list on the top menu just after the Members link. Like the Members list and the User Control Panel, you can only access this link when you are logged in. The birthday list contains the birthdays of those site members who have included a birthday in their profile. Birthdays are ordered by month. If you don't wish to be on the list, simply delete the information from your profile.
