I noticed there wasn't a thread recommending TIVA on this board, so I apologize in advance if I've stepped out of line, but I thought I'd create one.

My top TIVA recommendation is the Moments in Time Series (link moves to fanfiction.net) by AliyahNCIS, quite possibly the best TIVA fanfic on that board. It details life for Tony and Ziva if they secretly married during Season 4 onward and it covers up to season 7 at present.

I'm not much of a one for Tiva - don't dislike it, I'm just pretty neutral about it - but this one shot from Rogue Tomato made me CRY: The Broken One

For Tiva, I recommend these ff.net writers:

jelenamichel
jae-vous -- Great "small" stories
Zaedah -- Really uniquely written stories

I haven't read her in ages and I'll have to come back with a link to her profile, but DrawMeASheep is really good and she writes HILARIOUS crack!fics.

I don't usually seek out Tiva stories but this one is new and it jumped out at me so I read it. It's one of the better written Tiva stories I've seen and was actually pretty sweet. I actually thought of Shy while reading. :)

Blessing

This is the story that made me like Tiva (and this is part of the reason why I write about them now!): Salam

Here's the summary: Ziva-centric; eventually Tiva. It has been two months since Ziva David left her old life behind for a journey of repentance as an aid worker in the Dohuk region of Iraq. Unlike many of her fellow volunteers, she loves most when the work is hard. When it is hard, repenting is easy. But will it ever be enough to bring her peace? A complete saga.

I'm not big on Tiva, but the summary of this one caught my eye, and I cackled reading it!

Thanks for the rec! It was hysterical. In some ways, it felt more McNozzo friendship than Tiva, but it was great.

Ready to have your socks knocked off? I found a Tiva story that was actually good and didn't suck and even was halfway plausible. I really liked it:

Too Late on FFN.

It's very angsty, but very well done IMO and everyone seemed to be in character. There's even Tony whump for those of you into that sort of thing.

Poor Tony. The man just can't catch a break.
